The obverse of the token reads, “Campbell & Calnon Grocers Mich. Grand Ave. Detroit” and the reverse of the token reads “Liberty 1863.”The obverse shows five lines of curved text. The reverse depicts a heavily reeded edge with an Indian bust and 13 stars held within.
