The obverse of the token reads, “Fr. Freise 12 Ave. A. New York 1863” and the reverse of the token reads “Fr. Freise, Leichenbes 12 Ave..”The obverse shows a coffin in the center surrounded by a wreath and text. The reverse depicts an Indian head liberty bust in the center with surrounding text.
