This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-238

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Columbus 1892 1492 Souvenir Medal and the reverse text is Celebrated in Chicago Oct 21-1892 400 Anniversary of the Discovery of America. The front side of the coin shows a standing figure in the center, Christopher Columbus, with his hand on a small pedestal and text surrounding the coin in a circular fashion. The backside of the coin depicts a ship in the center with circular text above and below, a horizontal line of text directly underneath the boat and a star in the lower center of the coin.
