This Token Came From – Peck & Burnham Dry Goods Store

This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-167.

The obverse text reads “Peck & Burnham, Hanover St. Boston, Wholesale Dealers in French British & American Dry Goods” and the reverse text reads “General Assortment of Fancy Articles, Silver, Spoons & Spectacles, Gold Beads Scissors Razors Combs & C.” The obverse of the token has text that is oriented in a horizontal position and has some circular text as well, and the reverse has text with a small branch to either side.
