This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-383

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads The Half Moon 1609 1909 In Commemoration of the Hudson-Fulton Celebration and the reverse text is 1807-1909 Fulton’s S.S. Clermont, new York Sept. 25th to Oct. 9th. The front side of the coin shows a ship in the center sailing towards the right side of the dollar, you can tell that this ship is much older than the modern steam ships. The backside of the coin depicts a steamship sailing towards the left with steam coming from the stacks on top, a beaded border and text surrounding the illustration.
