The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Hall of Science A Century of Progress, Chicago 1933 and the reverse text is Keep me for Good Luck. The front side of the coin shows a building in the center with three lines of text below, two of the lines are horizontal and the remaining line is curved, a single line of arching text above the building. The backside of the coin depicts a horseshoe and four leaf clover in the center of the coin with a wishbone below and diamonds to either side, text arching above.
