The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads 1911 and the reverse text is Alaska Gold, One. The front side of the coin shows 10 stars surrounding the bust of an Alaskan Eskimo woman, facing the right and with a date below, inside of a beaded border. The backside of the coin depicts arching text and a wreath surround the outside of the coin with the rising sun in the center of the coin and a single line of text below.
