The obverse text on the token reads “Liberty.” The reverse text on this token reads “E. Welteck 92 Clinton St. N.Y.” The obverse depicts a Liberty Bust, as seen on Gold Dollars, facing the left. The reverse of the token shows the state abbreviation in the center with circular text surrounding.
