This Token Came From – Fort Buford, Dakota Territory

The obverse text on the token reads “Leighton & Jordan Fort Buford.” The reverse text on this token reads “50 ¢ In Merchandise.” The obverse depicts a black field other than the circular oriented text. The reverse of the token shows three small decorative flourishes near the center with three lines of text.
