The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Medal of Honor, Sesquicentennial International Exposition Philadelphia 1776 1926. The front side of the coin shows a wreath in the center with two lines of text and the sun with rays within, text surrounding to the outer border, also without a visible border to the coin. The backside of the coin depicts an eagle standing on its nest and facing the left side of the coin, the capitol and sun in the background.
