This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-140

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads William Penn and the reverse text is 1682 1882, Penn’s House City Hall. The front side of the coin shows a bust of William Penn looking to the left with curled hair and a large hat, his name is written on either side of him. The backside of the coin depicts two circular motifs showing William Penn’s house and the City Hall, dates above the circles, an angel at the top of the Dollar, and two horses below as part of a crest.
