Value of Star and Socks

The obverse of the token reads, “North Star” and the reverse of the token reads “1863.” The obverse of the coin shows text around the outside and a large star in the center, in addition to 28 small stars in a circular pattern. The reverse of the token displays a dress sock in the center facing right with stars around the boarder.
