This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-182.
The obverse text reads “Crocker, Brothers & Co. Taunton, Mass. Manufacturers of Sheathing, Bolt, Braziers, Boiler, & Roofing Copper.” and the reverse text reads “Zinc & Copper Nails of Every Description. Also Sheet Lead, & Sheet Zinc, Manufactured by Crocker Brothers & Co. Taunton, Mass.” The obverse of the token shows a boiler at the top with text below, and the reverse is filled with text other than two small ornamental design elements.
