The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads General Washington 1776 and the reverse text is American Colonies 1776. The front side of the coin shows a bust of General or President George Washington facing the right, from his shoulder up with his name to either side of the bust. The backside of the coin depicts three men in the center, the center figure is pointing towards the right, the right figure is loading a cannon and the left figure is walking towards the left with an axe, house in the background and an eye above.
