This Token Came From – N. Starbuck & Son Manufacturers

This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-368.

The obverse text reads “N. Starbuck & Son, Troy Air Furnace Ploughs, Plough Castings, & Sleigh Shoes. Mili Gearing, Potash Kettles, & Cauldrons” and the reverse text reads “Machine Shop Turning & Boring Screws For Paper, Oil & Cider Mills & C.” The obverse of the token is made up on text on several lines and a plough, and the reverse has a screw in the center along with text and stars.
