The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Unity of Government is the main pillar of Independence and the reverse text is Liberty and Independence He is a freeman whom the truth makes free, July 4 1776. The front side of the coin shows the bust of George Washington in the center facing the front right of the medal with circular text positioned on the outer edge of the coin. The backside of the coin depicts circular text in the center surrounding the four lines of centered text.
