Value of 2009-D $1 Three Sisters Native American Dollar Coin

The Three Sisters Native American Dollars displays the normal Sacagawea portrait on the obverse. The reverse shows the new design with the female planted adding a new crop to the ground. The three crops that she is planting are corn, squash, and beans. The corn stalk provides support to the bean vines. The squash provides a nice ground covering to prevent weeds. This coin plays a part in emphasizing living off of the land and understanding nature. This is a scarce coin in any grade higher than MS68, however it is not impossible to find.
