This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-143b

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Industrial And Cotton Centennial Exposition New Orleans, Confidence and Justice Union and the reverse text is The World’s Exposition 1884 1885. The front side of the coin shows a large Pelican in the center protecting its three babies below, stars and text are surrounding and purposely holed. The backside of the coin depicts the World’s Expo grounds in the center, with two small fountains to the left and right side, the globe above, and an eagle separating the dates towards the bottom.
