Value of City of New York Steamship Token

The obverse of the token reads, “Liberty, 1863” and the reverse of the token reads “City of New York, I.O.U. One Cent 1863.” The obverse of the coin shows an Indian Head facing the left with stars surrounding. The reverse of the token displays three lines of text in the center with circular oriented text surrounding.
