The obverse of the token reads, “Francis Eccard Tobacconist Detroit” and the reverse of the token reads “Liberty 1863.”The obverse shows three lines of text arched over two small square shapes. The reverse depicts a heavily reeded edge with an Indian bust and 13 stars held within.
