The obverse of the token reads, “Good For A Scent 1863” and the reverse of the token reads “Merriam & Co Seals 19 Brattle Square Boston.”The obverse shows a dog facing the right side of the token with text and a date surrounding. The reverse depicts several lines of text with two small stars used for separating some words.
