The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads 1835 1935 Centennial Celebration and the reverse text is 100th Anniversary Official Souvenir Burlington, Greenduck Co Chicago. The front side of the coin shows the city seal of Burlington in the center with a small shield showing an animal and scales, a tree above with text surrounding, a wreath below and banners to each side, text surrounding in the outside border of the coin. The backside of the coin depicts a shield and banner below with inscribed text overlaid, a wreath and branches behind the shield and four lines of text above, a star in the upper center border.
