This Token Came From – Cheyenne, Wyoming Territory

The obverse text on the token reads “Herman Haas. Cheyenne, Wyo. Ter Dealer In Agricultural Implements Act. For The Schuttler Wagon.” The reverse text on this token reads “The Pioneer Wagon Works of the West Established 1843 Peter Schuttler Chicago.” The obverse depicts a large wagon in the center surrounded by four stars and several different lines of text. The reverse of the token shows a large factory building with smoke coming out of the chimney and two lines of text above and two lines of text below.
