This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-679a

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Simmang La Purisima Concepcion 1731, Bi Centennial of San Antonio and the reverse text is Commemorating the founding of Municipal Government and Missions at San Antonio, 1731 1931. The front side of the coin shows a building sitting in the middle of the medal with lines of text surrounding and three lines of horizontal text below. The backside of the coin depicts a star with rays at the top of the coin with lines of text below and a shield in the lower center of the token, the date to either side of that shield and a wreath surrounding made out of laurel leaves.
