This Token Came From – New York, New York

The obverse text reads “New York Grand Canal Opened 1823”. The reverse text reads “Tredwell Kissam 228 & Co. Pearls Hardware Cutlery Looking Glasses N.Y”. The obverse of the token shows an eagle with spread wings and arrows facing the left and surrounded by text and the reverse of the token shows text and the address centered on the coin.
