This medal was struck for the New England Agricultural Society. The obverse displays a farm scene full of animals such as a cow, horse, pig, sheep, and several chickens. The legend around reads, “NEW ENGLAND AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY; W. BARBER. F.” The reverse displays a wreath made up of farm produce. At the top is an arm and hammer. Below the arm and hammer is the legend which reads, “AWARDED TO.”
