The final token in this William Seward series is the Seward and Our Country with Govnr at Lower Right Hard Times Token. This coin still bears the same obverse design, but the reverse of the token is new. The eagle has stayed in the same location, but the reverse text has been altered. This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-27.

The obverse text reads “William H. Seward, Our Next Govnr” and the reverse text reads “The Glory And Pride of Our Nation.”
