The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads 1876 1951 Telephone Diamond Jubilee, Alexander Graham Bell 1847-1922 and the reverse text is American Commemorative Society Mr. Bell Heard Every Word You Said Distinctly. The front side of the coin shows a bust of Alexander Graham Bell facing the left side of the coin with dates to either side and three lines of text below, text arching above the head of Bell. The backside of the coin depicts two men in the center shown from the knees, up, having a discussion, text arching overhead with three lines of text below the figures.
