The front side of the coin shows a beaded border enclosing the banner flowing along the bottom of the coin, an eye at the top and a circle of 13 stars in the lower center, surrounding the altar. The backside of the coin depicts curved and straight text in the center of the coin in 8 lines, a beaded border to the outside edge.
