Value of D.L. Lapsley Token

The obverse of the token reads, “D.L. Lapsley & Co Nashville Tenn” and the reverse of the token reads “Liberty 1864.”The obverse shows four stars and several lines of strange angled text. The reverse depicts a portrait of an Indian head surrounded by 13 stars and the date underneath.
