This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-545a

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Rush to the Rockies Centennial, Denver 1959 and the reverse text is Denver Colorado, 1859. The front side of the coin shows the modern city of Denver in the center of the coin, beautifully illustrated with the two lines of text at the top of the coin. The backside of the coin depicts a pioneer city in the modern day Denver, illustrated in the center of the coin with mountains in the background and text to the upper edge of the medal.
