The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads 200th Anniversary Albany Congress of 1754, Albany Stadt Huys 1754 Albany Cradle of the Union 1954 and the reverse text is Here was adopted Franklin’s Plan of Union Forerunner of the U.S. Constitution, Designed by Benjamin Franklin, S.C., N.C., V., M., P., N.J., N.Y., N.E., Join or Die. The front side of the coin shows a house in the center shown from the front right angle with text and two stars surrounding. The backside of the coin depicts a cut up snake in the center of the coin with state abbreviations near each piece of the snake, text above and below, some held within a beaded border of the coin.
