The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Cazenovia N.Y 1793 1893 and the reverse text is Centennial of the Settlement of Cazenovia, N.Y. June 11-14 1893, Founded 1793 Incorpd 1810. The front side of the coin shows a bust in the center of a man with long hair, with a beaded border and text surrounding him.
