The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Dedication Souvenir Seal of the Territory of Arizona Ditat Deus 1863 February 25, 1901. The front side of the coin shows a stag standing in the center of the scene with trees and mountains in the background, showing the territory seal for the Territory of Phoenix, text arching around. The backside of the coin depicts a blank design with no text or images, with a beaded border included though.
