The front side of the coin shows an armored female figure facing the left with a bear laying at her feet, she has a shield and a spear, with a miner, the mountains, and the sun in the background. She is surrounded by stars and no text. The backside of the coin depicts the agricultural building with large flags flying from the top. There are plants and nature in the foreground with text above and below the image.
