This So-Called Dollar is given the catalog number HK-236a

The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Christopher Columbus 1492 1893 and the reverse text is Electrical Building Machinery hall Administration Building Mining Bldg. M NC. The front side of the coin shows a bust of Christopher Columbus with a very short open wreath and the bust facing towards the front right of the dollar, the bust is wearing a cap and his name written in arching text above the bust. The backside of the coin depicts five total circles each holding an image of a building, unique ornamentation surrounds the dead space in between each of the buildings and lacks a beaded border, which was very popular for these types of So-Called Dollars.
