The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads German American Bi-Centennial Oct. 6 Columbia German and the reverse text is German-Town Vinum Linum Et Textrinum, 1683 1883. The front side of the coin shows two busts in the center facing the right wearing crowns and text surrounding. The backside of the coin depicts a three leaf clover in the lower center, crest above and decorative banners surrounding.
