The front side of the coin shows the emblem from the Minnesota Statehood Centennial Exposition with two busts looking in opposite directions as if they are mirrored images, hands below with dates to either side and scalloped edges. The backside of the coin depicts text at the bottom showing the maker, but otherwise a blank back.
