M’F’D. Victor Colo 1901. The front side of the coin shows three mountain peaks in the center with Pike’s Peak in the background being the tallest and most visible, houses and a mining village at its base, lines of text below with a serial number listed at the bottom of the coin. The backside of the coin depicts a shield and banner in the center of the dollar with curved text above, a single line of arched text at the bottom and horizontal text within the coin.
