The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Ter-Centennial of the Settlement of Jamestown 1607-1907 and the reverse text is Landing of Expedition Under Captn. John Smith May 13, 1607. The front side of the coin shows a native American woman with a feather in her headdress and text surrounding. The backside of the coin depicts two boats sailing towards the right on the ocean, with text surrounding in circular orientation.
