This Token Came From – Seward, Alaska
The obverse text on the token reads “Native Copper, Seward Alaska.” The reverse text on this token reads “Good For 12 1/2 ¢ In Trade The Northern.” The obverse depicts mountains in the background with fields and a lake in the front and center, all surrounded by a beaded border. The reverse of the token shows text in the center with two stars to either side and a beaded border.
