This token typically receives the Hard Times Designation of HT-297.
The obverse text reads “James. G. Moffet. Brass Founder New York E Pluribus Unum 121 Prince Stt.” and the reverse text reads “Sheet & Platers Brass Brass Counter Railing. Gold Silver German Silver Rolled To Order.” The obverse of the token shows an eagle surrounded by circular text, and the reverse has circular text surrounding three small flowers.
