The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads The World’s Industrial & Cotton Centennial Exposition and the reverse text is Held at New Orleans LA Dec 16 1884 to May 31 1885. The front side of the coin shows a female figure in the center standing while two other female figures kneel below her, text surrounding on the outer border. The backside of the coin depicts the exposition grounds in the center with text surrounding on the outside and a star in the lower center border.
