The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Pilgrim Jubilee Memorial 1620, 1870 and the reverse text is Whose Faith Follow, Holy Bible. The front side of the coin shows a gilt illustration of the Pilgrims first arrival in 1620. There is a man standing in the center and he is surrounded by several other figures that are kneeling in prayer. There is a boat in the background and they are surrounded by trees and water. The backside of the coin depicts the Bible which sits in the center and has a bird with spread wings above. A wreath and text surround the illustrations.
