The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads A Government dollar contains 412 1/2 grains of coin silver 900/1000 fine, this piece contains 412 1/2 grains of silver in value equivalent to one gold dollar November 1912 T.L. Elder Numismatist and Medalist and the reverse text is W. Wilson That’s All. The front side of the coin shows names, dates, and values listed in the eleven lines of text, held within the beaded border on the outside edge of the token. The backside of the coin depicts two lines of text, one of which is a quote and the other being the person who said the quote, a beaded border to the outside.
