The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads In God We Trust, For Liberty and Peace, Aug 1914 Nov 1918, Original World War Souvenir and the reverse text is Woodrow Wilson President, W G McAdoo, Sec of Treas., Newton D. Baker, Sec. of War, Josephus Daniels, Sec. of Navy, John J. Pershing, General, WM S. Sims, Admiral, United States of America, Non Nobis Solum, F.R. Haws Designer. The front side of the coin shows the Statue of Liberty in the center with two lines of horizontal text to either side and text arching above and below. The backside of the coin depicts 12 lines of text in the center with the top and bottom lines being curved and not included in the line count.
