A.J. Balfour and the English Officials on May 11th 1917 At City hall, New York. The front side of the coin shows an altar in the center with an eye and clouds above, and a banner below, 13 stars in the center forming a circle. The backside of the coin depicts lines of text with no decorative embellishments.
