The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Confederation and the reverse text is Struck to commemorate the visit to the United States of officials of our allies, M. Rene Viviani, Marshal Joffre, Vice-Admiral Chocheprat, Hon. A.J. Balfour, Maj. Gen. Bridges, Vice-Admiral De Chair, Lord Cunliffe 1917. The front side of the coin shows clouds along the top border with the all-seeing eye position at the top center of the coin with rays coming from it, an alter on fire in the center with stars surrounding and a banner below. The backside of the coin depicts several lines of text in English with the date at the bottom, circular text surrounding the coin.
