The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Ohio Building, World’s Columbian Exposition Chicago, Ills. U.S.A and the reverse text is Grant, Stanton, Chase, Sherman, Garfield, Sheridan, Ohio’s Heroic Sons, Mother Ohio & Her Jewels. The front side of the coin shows a building in the center with text surrounding in a circular pattern, a flag flies off the top of the building. The backside of the coin depicts a monument in the center with a statue on top, there are names listed at the bottom of the monument with text to either side in the dead space of the coin.
