The obverse text on this So-Called Dollar reads Trenton battle Monument corner stone laid Dec. 26 1892 Dedicated Oct 19 1893 and the reverse text is To commemorate the Battle of Trenton, NJ December 26 1776, Bechtel Trenton. The front side of the coin shows a tall monument in the center with circular text surrounding in a somewhat empty field. The backside of the coin depicts a large bust of George Washington facing the left with circular text surrounding the head with the date below.
